ELIS PLZEŇ a. s. is equipped with technology for the production of flanged and wafer sensors of electromagnetic flow meters enabling complete production in the range of dimensions DN15 to DN1200 (1/2" to 48").
Own technological equipment allows to perform:
- machining, welding, grinding, installation of electrical equipment, painting
- production of Teflon linings, deliveries of sensors with rubber linings in cooperation with external suppliers
- possibility to produce sensors certified for explosive environments ATEX, IECEx, and in the system European Pressure Directive PED
- calibration on own test rig up to dimension DN800, larger dimensions on external stand
The company manufactures sensors for inductive flowmeters for completion its own inductive flowmeters, but also for external customers.
For external customers ELIS PLZEŇ a.s. offers the production and supply of sensors for induction flow meters in the following design:
- Range of dimensions DN15 to DN1200 (1/2" to 48")
- Delivered design of sensors:
- according to standard production documentation ELIS PLZEŇ a.s. with the possibility of individual parameters of excitation coils
- design of sensors according to the external customer's own production documentation
- execution of sensors acc.to specified parameters by an external customer and production documentation prepared by the company ELIS PLZEŇ a. s.
- rubber or Teflon linings
- flanged or wafer design
- flanges according to EN, ANSI, JIS and other standards according to customer requirements
- sensors with different material and numbers of electrodes according to customer requirements
- different color and type of surface treatment according to customer requirements
- calibration of each manufactured sensor according to the customer's prescription and using the supplied evaluation electronics
- A possibility of completing the manufactured sensors with the supplied evaluation electronics, calibration of each flow meter, including the handover of calibration protocols, packaging and transport to required destination
